AMPSEA x ECAL National Events Calendar

Launching at this years AMPSEA Conference

Following feedback from the 2023 AMPSEA Conference, it was a common theme amongst attendees that there didn’t seem to be a calendar including all mass participation type events across the country. AMPSEA directors got together and have partnered with ECAL to create and deliver this necessary product for the industry. It’s key benefits and purposes include:

• Business to customer – linking through with registration platforms to drive signups and participation

• Business to business – suppliers are able to to follow a calendar of events to assist with their resourcing and client leads

• Business to business – event organisers will have clear awareness of events happening across the country on any given date

AMPSEA members will be able to access a free account to list their events, which then will feed through to ECAL’s National calendar. A free account includes up to 1,000 user subscriptions, up to 100 schedules (unlimited events), custom displays, basic analytics, but no user database or API enabled content.

ECAL are at the forefront of this industry, and have signed on major sporting codes to have their fixtures published. A big benefit of working with ECAL is that people can sync the calendar with their google/outlook calendars to have all that information readily available, plus in the back end you can access data of people who are subscribing and downloading the calendars.

We will officially be launching the ECAL National Events Calendar to the industry at at the 2024 Conference in Melbourne.
